UnbeataBall (“UnbeataBall,” “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Legitico. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you when using the UnbeataBall mobile application, website, and related services.
By using UnbeataBall, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account and Contact Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect:

- Email address
- User or account identifier
- Profile information
- Profile photo
- Language and country preferences
We use email addresses for authentication codes, security notices, essential service communications, moderation correspondence, and responses to support requests.
Location Information
With your permission, UnbeataBall may collect precise or approximate location information to:
- Display sports groups and games near you
- Calculate distances
- Personalize map and discovery results
- Support location-based group and game features
You can control location access through your device settings. Certain nearby-discovery features may not function correctly without location access.
Group administrators and members may also provide venue or field locations as part of group and game information.
User-Generated Content
We collect content users create, submit, upload, or share through UnbeataBall, including:
- Group names and descriptions
- Game information
- Messages and group chats
- Photos
- Poll questions and options
- Reactions and emojis
- Team assignments
- Scores and game statuses
- RSVPs and participation information
- Schedules and venue information
- Other group activity and content
Content shared in groups may be visible to other members of those groups.
Group Expense Information
Group administrators may create shared expense ledgers for real-world field or venue rental costs. These ledgers may include:
- The total field or venue cost
- The number of members sharing the expense
- Each member’s allocated share
- Whether each member has been marked as paid or unpaid
UnbeataBall provides organizational recordkeeping only. Payments are made outside the app directly between users through methods such as cash, PayPal, Venmo, or another independent payment service.
UnbeataBall does not process or hold funds and does not collect or store payment-card numbers, bank-account numbers, PayPal or Venmo passwords, payment credentials, or external payment transaction details.
Moderation and Safety Information
To protect users and enforce our Terms of Service and community standards, we may collect and retain:
- Reported message content
- Message identifiers
- Reported and reporting user identifiers
- Group identifiers
- Selected report reasons
- Optional written explanations
- Report timestamps
- Report status
- Ban status
- Moderation appeal information
- Moderator actions
- Moderation audit records
Reports and reporter identities are restricted to authorized moderators and are not disclosed to the reported member.
Moderation audit records may include the administrator identifier, action type, timestamp, relevant report, user, message, or group identifiers, previous and new report status, previous and new ban status, and message type for moderator deletions.
Automated Content and Spam Filtering
UnbeataBall uses server-side safeguards to detect or restrict certain objectionable or abusive text and spam in user-authored chat messages, poll questions, and poll options.
These systems may evaluate content for patterns associated with:
- Serious threats
- Sexual content
- Hate speech
- Harassment
- Excessive links
- Repeated characters
- Rapid duplicate messages
- Unusually high posting frequency
Rejected content may not be stored as a published message or poll. Automated systems are not perfect and may produce false positives or fail to detect some violations. Users may contact us to appeal moderation decisions.
Device, Analytics, and Usage Information
We and our service providers may collect:
- Device type and model
- Operating-system information
- App version
- Device or app-installation identifiers
- IP address
- Language and time zone
- App launches
- Screen views
- Feature interactions
- Session and engagement information
- Push-notification tokens and interactions
- Approximate geographic information derived from technical information
We use this information to operate the App, understand feature usage, maintain security, deliver notifications, diagnose problems, and improve performance.
Diagnostic and Performance Information
We may collect diagnostic and performance information, including:

- Application state associated with errors

- Performance metrics
- Device and operating-system information

We do not intentionally attach names, email addresses, or Supabase account identifiers to Firebase crash or performance reports.

- The content of your request
- Attachments or other information you provide
- Communications between you and our support team
Do not include passwords, one-time verification codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, payment credentials, or other sensitive authentication information in support or appeal communications.

- Create and authenticate accounts
- Provide and maintain App functionality
- Display user profiles and group content
- Enable group creation, messaging, teams, games, polls, scores, schedules, and RSVPs
- Connect users with nearby sports groups and games
- Personalize map and discovery results
- Deliver authentication codes and push notifications
- Maintain shared field or venue expense ledgers
- Respond to support requests and moderation appeals
- Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to abuse, spam, harmful conduct, fraud, and security incidents
- Enforce our Terms of Service and community standards
- Review reports and administer warnings, content removals, restrictions, bans, and appeals
- Measure feature usage and improve the App
- Diagnose crashes and improve reliability and performance
- Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests
- Protect the rights, safety, and property of users, Legitico, and others
We do not use personal information for cross-app tracking, and we do not sell personal information.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information under one or more of the following:
- Contract: To provide the services requested when you create an account and use UnbeataBall.
- Consent: When you grant permission for location access, notifications, photos, or other device resources.
- Legitimate interests: To secure, maintain, analyze, moderate, and improve UnbeataBall; prevent abuse; and protect users.
- Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and valid legal requests.
- Protection of users and others: When processing is reasonably necessary to address safety threats, fraud, abuse, or emergencies.
You may withdraw consent through your device settings or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may prevent certain App features from functioning.
4. How Information Is Shared
Other Users
Depending on the features you use, the following may be visible to other users or group members:
- Name, username, profile photo, and profile information
- Group membership and participation information
- Messages, photos, polls, reactions, scores, and other group content
- Team assignments, RSVPs, games, schedules, and locations
- Shared field or venue costs
- Allocated expense amounts
- Paid or unpaid ledger status
Users should avoid posting sensitive personal or financial information in profiles, groups, messages, or photos.
Service Providers
We may provide information to service providers that help us operate UnbeataBall, including:
- Supabase, for authentication, database services, storage, and backend infrastructure
- Google Firebase, for analytics, push messaging, crash reporting, and performance monitoring
- Resend, for authentication and service-related email delivery
- Mapping, geolocation, hosting, security, and infrastructure providers used to operate App features
These providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and contractual obligations.

External services such as PayPal and Venmo are not integrated payment processors for UnbeataBall. Payments made through those services occur independently between users and are governed by the external service’s own terms and privacy practices.
Legal, Safety, and Business Purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law or a valid legal request
- Protect the safety, rights, or property of users, Legitico, or others
- Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations
- Respond to emergencies
- Enforce our Terms of Service
- Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law
We do not disclose reporter identities to reported members.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the App, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.
Our general retention practices include:
- Account and profile information is retained while the account remains active.
- User-generated content is generally retained while needed to provide group and App functionality or until it is deleted, the applicable group is removed, or the account is deleted, subject to moderation, safety, backup, and legal requirements.
- Open or active reports are retained while they are being investigated or reviewed.
- Resolved moderation reports are generally retained for 24 months.
- Moderation audit records are generally retained for 36 months.
- Moderation reports and audit records may be retained longer when necessary for an active appeal, investigation, legal obligation, safety matter, or legal hold.
- Support and appeal communications are retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
- Analytics, crash, and performance information is retained according to our settings and the retention practices of the applicable service provider.
- Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through ordinary retention and recovery processes.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal, safety, and operational requirements.
6. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through the account controls available in the App or by contacting:

Deleting an account may not immediately remove content that other users have independently retained, quoted, or shared outside UnbeataBall.

9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These safeguards include access controls, restricted moderation data, database security policies, server-side validation, append-only moderation audit records, and encryption in transit where supported.
No system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, email accounts, authentication codes, and account access.
10. Children’s Privacy
UnbeataBall is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed toward children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information through UnbeataBall, contact us at:

11. Automated Moderation
Automated safeguards may prevent certain messages, poll questions, or poll options from being submitted when they match configured safety or spam patterns.
These automated decisions are intended to protect users and maintain platform safety. They are not used to make decisions concerning employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, or other similarly significant matters.

UnbeataBall may display links, maps, locations, or references to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of independent third parties.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to UnbeataBall, our data practices, service providers, or applicable requirements.
When we make changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. When required, we may provide additional notice through the App, website, or email.
