Age Suitability and Safety
UnbeataBall helps people discover, organize, and participate in local recreational sports groups and games. Because the app includes communication, location-based discovery, user-generated content, shared group expenses, and opportunities to meet other users in person, UnbeataBall is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use UnbeataBall.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, we encourage you to review your use of UnbeataBall with a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians should discuss online communication, location sharing, external payments, and in-person safety with younger users.
UnbeataBall is not directed toward children under 13. Children under 13 should not create an account or provide personal information through the app.
User-Generated Content
UnbeataBall allows users to create and share content that may include:
- User profiles and profile photos
- Sports groups and game information
- Messages and group chats
- Photos, reactions, polls, scores, and other group activity
- Team and participation information
- Shared field or venue expense information
Because this content is created by users, UnbeataBall cannot guarantee that every submission will be appropriate for every user. Users must follow our Terms of Service and may not post abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Automated Content and Spam Filtering
UnbeataBall uses automated, server-side safeguards to detect or restrict certain objectionable text and spam in user-authored chat messages, poll questions, and poll options.
These safeguards may detect patterns associated with serious threats, sexual content, hate speech, harassment, excessive links, repeated characters, duplicate rapid messages, and unusually high posting frequency. When content is rejected, the user receives an explanatory message in English or Spanish.
Automated systems are not perfect and may not identify every violation. Users should report inappropriate content or behavior that is not detected automatically.
Messaging and Group Communication
Users can communicate with other members through group messaging and related social features.
Do not share sensitive personal information in messages, including your home address, financial account information, passwords, payment credentials, government identification numbers, or other information that could put your privacy or safety at risk.
From a chat message’s long-press menu, users can:
- Report the message
- Report the member
- Block the member
Users should use these tools when they encounter unwanted, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate communication.
Reporting and Blocking
Users can report individual messages, members, and groups. Groups can be reported from the Group page.
When submitting a report, users can select a report reason and may provide an optional written explanation. Reports are available only to authorized platform moderators. The identity of the reporting user is not disclosed to the reported member.
Users can block a member directly from a chat message. Messages authored by a blocked member are hidden from the blocking user. Blocked members can be reviewed and unblocked under Settings.
Personal blocking is separate from administrative moderation and platform bans.
Moderation Actions
Authorized moderators may:
- Review reported messages, members, and groups
- Review the reported message content and explanation
- Delete a reported message
- Ban or unban a reported member
- Mark a report as Open, Reviewing, Resolved, or Dismissed
Platform bans may restrict a user’s ability to participate in chats, groups, teams, RSVPs, games, schedules, locations, polls, shared expense ledgers, and related app activities.
Moderation actions are recorded in a restricted, append-only audit log. Ordinary users cannot access moderation reports or audit records.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not rely on in-app reporting for emergencies.
Moderation Appeals
Users who believe a moderation decision was made in error can access Moderation Appeals under Settings.
The app provides English and Spanish instructions and prepares an appeal email addressed to: info@legitico.com
Appeals may include the user’s account ID and display name to help identify the affected account. Appeals should never include passwords, verification codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, payment credentials, or other sensitive authentication information.
Additional information about moderation appeals is available on the UnbeataBall Support page.
Location Information
UnbeataBall uses location information to help users discover sports groups and games in their area.
Location access is optional and can be managed through device settings. Users should avoid publicly sharing precise home addresses or other sensitive locations. When creating a game, select an established public sports facility or another appropriate meeting location whenever possible.
For more information about how location and other information are handled, review our Privacy Policy.
Group Expenses and External Payments
Group administrators may use a shared expense ledger when a real-world sports field or venue is rented. The ledger may display:
- The total field or venue cost
- The number of members sharing the expense
- Each member’s allocated share
- Whether each member has been marked as paid or unpaid
UnbeataBall does not process, hold, transmit, verify, guarantee, or refund these payments. Members pay group administrators outside the app through arrangements such as cash, PayPal, Venmo, or another independent payment method.
Never share card numbers, bank-account credentials, PayPal or Venmo passwords, verification codes, or other payment credentials through UnbeataBall.
Users are responsible for confirming the amount, recipient, payment method, and payment status before sending money. Parents and guardians should discuss external payment requests with teenage users.
Meeting Other Users Safely
UnbeataBall may help users arrange real-world sports activities. Exercise good judgment whenever meeting someone you first encountered through the app.
We recommend that users:
- Meet at established public sports facilities or other populated locations.
- Tell a friend, family member, or guardian where they are going.
- Avoid meeting alone when possible.
- Arrange their own safe transportation.
- Keep personal and financial information private.
- Verify external payment requests before sending money.
- Leave immediately if a situation feels unsafe.
- Contact local emergency services when immediate assistance is needed.
UnbeataBall does not perform comprehensive background checks on users and cannot guarantee another user’s identity, conduct, intentions, or safety.
Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians are encouraged to discuss safe online communication, location sharing, external payments, and in-person meetings with teenage users.
